Staff who are funded by grant funding are appointed for one year at a time to ensure that investigators are reminded to review the funding available to support staff and student positions and plan accordingly.
Please familiarize yourself with information around the terms of employment for your staff with regards to vacation, salary increases and notice requirements in particular to ensure that you are planning with regards to available funding and your obligations to these employees.
When a staff member or student appointment is ending, you will be contacted by the Administrative Clerk with regards to extending the appointment.
