Congratulations to Dr. Alison Elliott (PI) and Dr. Wyeth Wasserman (Co-PI) and team, for the successful funding of their Faculty of Medicine Strategic Investment Fund (SIF) proposal – Omics Training Cluster at BCCHR. The goal of this project is to fill in gaps in analysis of emerging omics and data science education to enhance current genomics training. This proposal represents a unique partnership of learning between the Trainees in Omics Group (TOG) at BCCHR and MSc genetic counselling trainees, genetics residents, and residents, fellows, and researchers from other disciplines.
